Person specification
At least 10 years of experience in working with or within the Government of Iraq on financial sector development and/or public finances
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree degree in economics or finance
Experience of either economic policy making or financial sector reform
Deep understanding of Iraq’s financial sector including publicly and privately-owned financial institutions
Strong analytical skills, including use of software to analyse data
Positive attitude with the ability to provide practical inspiring vision for the rest of the team.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of enacted laws and legislations related to financial sector.
Advanced languages skills (oral and writing) in professional Arabic and English
Experience of providing advisory support to leaders and decision makers
